Admission prices stay the same for the NTFL

The NTFL will retain the status quo this year by making no change to its admission prices.
The League’s Board of Management has announced that the cost of entry to games would remain at adults ($8), concessions ($4), children over 13 and vehicles ($2) with children under 13 admitted free.
The decision comes on the back of the League recording a $13,000 profit at the end of last year and continues a period of solidarity for the competition.
As plans are put into place for the start of the 2013 season it has been announced that Shaw Contracting will again sponsor the under 19 feature matches throughout the year.
The first of these feature games will be on May 4 between East Devonport and Latrobe.
The League’s executive wil have a new face this year following the appointment of former Penguin delegate Kim Miles.
Miles replaces former long-serving general-manager Ian Wotherspoon who has decided to retire from football administration.
He takes over the seat of independent director left vacant by Wotherspoon and also takes his place on the match committee.
